We process most orders immediately once they are received within the week – Monday through Friday. Upon successful confirmation of payment via your credit card or mobile money, your order is shipped. A confirmation email will be sent to let you know your order has shipped or contact you once your delivery is on its way
Pre orders should wait at least 2 weeks to be delivered. Orders are made per customers request so therefore do take sometime. All other products with no PRE ORDER tag are shipped faster.
