Yoga Experiences

How our practice has touched the hearts, bodies, and lives of our community.

Very relaxing class. I have been dealing with a lot so my therapist recommended yoga. I felt so relieved and calm. My mantra card from class always speaks deeply to me. I would give Awo’s yoga classes a 10/10 experience.

I was a very crucial point in my life. Doctors said I had a panic attack. I am grateful for Awo and for her giving the opportunity and reminding me of who i am. I am strong and Awo reminded me of the energy I have within me and helped me unleash it. I am grateful for life and ready to let it flow.
