For now, we only accept payment before delivery. Be assured that making payments through our website is safe and convenient, and your order will definitely be delivered. If you insist on payment on delivery, please order through our IG page, via call or WhatsApp. For faster processing, however, we prefer you order through the website. No, they are not free. Please book an appointment, and we will reach out to you with the cost. All appointment dates will be available on the website
Exchanges and Returns
We allow exchanges for unworn, unwashed and unused products. Exchanges are done within two business days, depending on your location. However, delivery costs to and from us would be borne by you. Please present your order receipt during all exchanges. We do not allow returns, unfortunately so please reach out to us if you need any assistance with ordering. Kindly ensure packaging of item is intact during exchanges.
